How to Deal with Impotence and Low Libido?

Sex is important to men and women. Not only that it gives incredible gratification to both but also it benefits the bond of the couple. Their unification is the symbol of their love for one another. But sometimes, 'mister goodie' fails you when you are on the peak of the unification-that's a problem, not only to you but also to your partner (of course, she also want to be satisfied).

Impotence is a common problem especially to aging men. It goes with the passing years. Good thing there are impotence pills which can help you sustain and maintain erection. Just Google it and you will find thousands of remedies for sexual function problem. But aside from impotence, another problem which a man can encounter is the low libido-meaning, you suddenly lose the desire to have sex with your partner-that's really a shame!

Most of the penis pills cannot help you with that problem. The next best step is to consult your doctor about it-don't be shy, he knows what to tell you. The problem sometimes is our pride. You must learn to be humble and admit your inadequacy.

There are also psycho-sexual therapist (you can also Google them, if you want). Their focus is the activity of your mind. Well, libido is an activity in your brain so these people are the right individuals to ask if you have a low sex drive.

Can't Sleep? Maybe You Have Sexual Problem.

Do you know that sleeping problem(obstructive sleep apnea, in particular) and the difficulty to have an erection is closely connected? I don't believe it until I read a recent study made by Mount Sinai Medical Center. Obstructive sleep apnea affects over 18 million Americans (that's one in every fifteen people). According to some studies, men are the usual victim of this condition-men who are overweight and in their middle age. People who have obstructive sleep apnea they have difficulty in breathing-their airways become blocked or they collapse during sleep. With this, these people can experience pauses in their breathing. The pauses are known to last for several seconds and they happen 30 times each passing hour.

Obstructive sleep apnea causes these people to transit from their deep sleep to a light lumber-this leaves them tired and exhausted in the morning. However, after a series of scrupulous studies, experts found out that sleeplessness is not the only problem of these people. Most of them also suffer from erectile dysfunction. How are these two conditions related?

Actually, there are no clear explanations on the how. What's clear is the result of the study made by Mount Sinai Medical Center to 870 middle-aged men who have obstructive sleep apnea. They found out that men with erectile dysfunction are more than twice as likely to have the said sleep disorder condition.

Another study was facilitated over 62 men with obstructive sleep apnea. When asked about their sexual function problem, it turned out that 64.4 percent of them had erectile dysfunction. On why and how the two are related, there are still no clear answers. Scientists from around the globe are still figuring these out at this very moment.
