How Not to Suffer from Low Male Libido

If you have been having low sex drive lately, chances are your partner is pretty disappointed. Well, that and apart from the fact that you are disappointed yourself too. One thing that you should understand about low male libido is that it is caused by a lot of factors, and you can't just say it is because you are getting old.

If you have been checking your medications lately, you will find that most of them reduce your sex drive. Studies found that drugs for hair loss can cause erectile problems as well as problems in producing orgasms. Unfortunately, these symptoms persist even after you have stopped taking those drugs.

Antidepressant drugs also affect your sex drive. Obviously, the man is depressed; hence producing erections might be difficult for him. And putting him on antidepressants might also make matters worse.

Stress and depression are also causes for low male sex drive. Men who worry too much about other aspects of his life will find that his sex life has been affected too, another reason for him to be worried. When feeling under the weather, seek help, talk about it and in as much as possible, do not turn to antidepressant drugs.

What seemed like little things such as non-communication with your partner, anxiety and other medications can take a toll on your sex life. You can reverse the situation by doing a lifestyle check physically and emotionally, and then improvement with your sex life will follow.
