You might be taking your penis for granted, but there are things you may not know that's neglecting the health of your manhood.
For one, the penis needs to be exercised. This can be achieved by regular erections to keep it properly shaped and toned. Men who have trouble with getting an erection are suggested to do something about it, or else the penis will tend to shorten, and in the long run, become useless.
I also hear several complains about getting an erection, but rarely about loss of sensitivity. What we don't realize is that aside from erection problems, men also lose their sensitivity around the penile region as they age. From 25 years old onwards, sensitivity will begin to reduce and will experience the peak of decline by age 65.
Moreover, although we don't see them but the penis is one of bacteria's favorite breeding ground. Although circumcision is a matter of cultural belief, studies show that men who have been circumcised have lesser number of bacteria than those uncircumcised.
As a whole, the penis, a man's symbol for his masculinity has more to it than meets the eye. I think it is important we know more of these facts in order to take care of the penis and use it for a long period of time.
